At LuxuryPrints, many of our products are made specifically for you. Because of the custom nature of personalised items, our return and refund policy differs from standard products.
Personalised / Custom - made items- Personalised or custom made items are non-refundable and non-returnable once an order has been placed and production has begun. This includes (but not limited to):
- Items with custom names, text,dates,photos or designs
- Made-to-order products
- Custom sizes,colours, or specifications requested by the customer
Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items - We will gladly replace or refund a personalised item only if:The item arrives damaged.The item received is incorrect due to our error (e.g., wrong text, spelling, or design not matching the order)
Order Cancellations & Changes:Orders may be cancelled or changed within 3 hours of purchase, before production begins, Once production has started, cancellations or changes are not possible. Non-personalised items (if applicable) follow our standard return policy and may be returned within 5 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
